Yes, you can absolutely decide to make a lifestyle change or create a wellness plan without a health coach.  Let's talk about why you might still want one.

The American Society of Training and Development {ASTD} did a study on accountability.  Two stats that are of significance.  For starters, when you commit to your goal & tell someone about it, you have a 65% chance of completing that goal.  Decent odds, yeah?

However, when you commit to your goal, tell someone about it and add in an accountability appointment with that person, you increase your chance of success to 95%!!  Did you read that? So if you set a goal & keep a regular session with a health coach to review your progress, obstacles & wins, you will most likely reach that goal!
How Does Coaching Work?  

  • Discovery Call:  
An appointment for a 20-30 minute phone call to get to know each other better, talk about your health journey, your level of commitment & determine if Holistic Health Coaching is the answer for you. 

  • Initial Assessment:
An honest, transparent, 50-minute session where we explore your entire health history, current health challenges, overall lifestyle, nutrition, sleep, stress levels, career path, roadblocks, relationships, energy levels & preferences.  Review of any blood work or other functional testing you have had completed.  We identify what behavior patterns may be causing you adverse troubles & determine what goals are desired through our time together.  

  • Wellness Plan:
From here you receive a Customized Wellness Action Plan tailored specifically to your current needs to support your body & move your energy forward. This plan includes recipes for nourishing foods, movement recommendations, natural healing protocols, & simple, incremental steps to take to develop healthier habits.  You are provided with valuable tools & resources to assist you on your journey.  You will be challenged to the level you are ready for & receive unparalleled coaching, support & encouragement as we focus on moving the needle in the direction of your overall well-being. 

  • Progress Sessions:
In each of your 45-Minute Progress Sessions we first  celebrate each Win!
Then make any necessary adjustments to your Wellness Plan.  Our sessions together focus on practical guidance, recognizing & releasing old behavior patterns, accountability & emotional support, so you can keep moving towards your goals.  Your Session will include a review of any obstacles you've encountered, your nutrition plan & grocery list for the week, movement schedule, sleep regimen, & overall recommendations for your specific health needs. You will leave each session feeling empowered & ready for more.  All of our sessions take place from the comfort of your own home via virtual conference, so cozy clothes & some herbal tea are highly encouraged!

  • Duration & Results:
The length of the time we work together & your level of commitment will have a significant impact on your results.  
Only you can decide that the hard work of changing outweighs staying the same.  
Areas of improvement & healing can include: pain management, hormone balancing, gut health balancing, deeper restful sleep, weight release, metabolic resetting, blood sugar balancing, renewed energy levels, more peaceful relationships, reducing or eliminating reliance on pharmaceuticals, more positive mindset, & stronger muscle conditioning.  Forward momentum can be achieved within just a session or two, but the most impactful changes to your lifestyle will take a little longer.
